• Prices and plan features are subject to change without prior notice. Existing subscriptions continue under original terms.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

Payments made toward subscriptions, one-time digital services, or renewals are non-refundable, including partial payments. Any exception will only be made if explicitly required by law or at our sole discretion.

4. Chargebacks, Disputes & Legal Action

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that the payment is final. If a User initiates an unjustified chargeback, Your Company Name reserves the right to:

• Seek recovery of the disputed amount and any associated fees or losses.
• Pursue civil or criminal proceedings for fraud or unauthorized use where applicable.
• Suspend or terminate the Subscriber's account and access to services.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City, State/Country.

5. User Responsibility

• The User must ensure payment details provided are accurate and authorized.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse may lead to suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted here. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
